WITH HOMEMADE VANILLA WHIPPED CREAM
Today was National Mulled Cider Day and I couldn’t help but make a yummy fall concoction to get us in the mood!!! We have been so lucky to actually feel some of the fall weather here in Florida! Lately, it’s been amazing, I’ve seen pumpkins, Halloween decor, (which I just put on my porch today, let’s hope they pumpkins don’t rot too soon cause it’s such a gross thing when it happens!) and a twinge of changing leaves!
I’m so excited for the change in the season and I can’t wait to share this buttery cocktail with you! I wish I could have made an amazing story about how we went to an apple orchard and hand-picked the apples to then make the cider but I live in Florida so that is far and few between. Instead, I grabbed a 1/2 jug of cider and made the rest up as I felt it should be… A drink to warm your bones and delight your senses.
Here is my take on a sweet fall dessert drink and I’m calling it “The Autumn Cottage Getaway” I hope you like it! I’ve also put some lovely items below to help you get cozy this season!
P.S. I found a set of four solid copper mugs (pictured) for $20.00! If you love the copper mug I used, you can find them here.
