Looking back on how much we’ve been able to accomplish together and how much our relationship has blossomed has made me realize how excited I am for our future together and all the adventures we have ahead of us!

  • Weekend Mood = SLOW DOWN! ⚠️ After a week of going 100 miles an hour, I think it’s time we slow down.... Have you heard of the art of slow living? February is the perfect time of year to start practicing. 1.| Take 5 minutes to enjoy your coffee or tea in the mornings instead of rushing to get out the door. 2.| Take time to organize your life so you have time to be present and enjoy the things you love. 3.| Take walks and reconnect with nature. This is a really great way to clear your head or find inspiration. 4.| Instead of turning the tv on right when you get home, turn on some music and allow yourself to decompress from the day. 5.| Don’t over-plan your day. That will only create stress and overwhelm. Learn to be flexible, give yourself a few of the most important tasks so that when they are complete you can treat yourself and enjoy the rest of your day doing something that will spark joy.
