In case you are wondering what some of these things are I’ll be happy to explain.  A few years ago, I discovered Smudge and Palo Santo sticks which are burned to get rid of negative energy in your space and within yourself.  I introduced them into my home and have been occasionally burning them since.

The Beauty Dust is just one of many that are listed within the mixes.  I haven’t tried them all, but I’m definitely wanting to because I believe they are beneficial and comforting.

Herbivore is a non-toxic beauty brand created with natural ingredients and no hard chemicals.  They also create their products without any fillers, meaning that every ingredient in their products is what they call an “active” ingredient.

Lafco candles are a little on the higher end of the candle counter, but they are soy based and last a really long time.  Also, they come in beautiful glass blown jars that you can reuse after the candle is gone.

Last but not least essential oils and essential oil diffusers have been all the rage lately.  The benefits that they bring you are so amazing!  My personal preference is lavender, but you can mix and match all kinds of scents.  (Also, please be aware that if you have any pets at home, you will need to read this post here as they should not be inhaling certain scents due to health hazards.)  Some of them are sort of a no-brainer like who would want to have garlic used in an essential oil diffuser, but there are some that I would have never guessed so brush up on this topic for sure!

That’s it!  I figured you probably already know about the other items on the list, but if you have any questions, please feel free to leave them in the comments below!

Cheers-  Ashley Nicole
