It’s almost that time of year when your calendar gets filled with holiday parties to attend and you find yourself scrambling for a hostess gift. This year I plan on being well prepared and I’m stocking up on all kinds of goodies and sharing a gift guide that will charm any hostess with the mostess!
Cookie swaps are a holiday party favorite so I’ve listed this heavy duty marble rolling pin to help your hostess roll out her sweets with style.
The holidays are also known as the baking season. Give your hostess a cake stand that she will enjoy displaying her baked goods on all year.
The hammered bowl I’ve listed would be a great base for a hostess basket. Add in some flavored dip packets, a spreader, and crackers or create your own gift basket with other food items.
Wine stoppers are a party must have to keep wine from spillage and spoilage! Any host/hostess would love you to bring a bottle with this cute stopper attached and don’t forget the coasters! You may have heard that funny saying “use a coaster and nobody gets hurt” but the truth is we really should be respectful of our host/hostesses homes. Give your host/hostess a nice set of coasters that will coax their guests into actually using them. They will be much obliged, trust me!
Sometimes when hosting a party it’s easy to get so caught up in the meal planning and preparing that you forget to pick up after party necessities like dish soap or counter spray. I’ve listed one of my favorite chemical-free household cleaners in this yummy holiday scent. They also have soy-based candles which I think complete the set. While I’ve listed links for the individual products below, I also wanted to take the opportunity to introduce you to Grove Collaborative. This is a great company that offers all natural products in everything from cleaners to beauty products at discounted prices. If you’re interested in signing up, click this link here to receive a $10.00 credit for signing up!
While these are just a few suggestions for hostess gifts, I encourage you to check out the Target dollar section, Michael’s quick grab items, and World Market for little knick-knacks that you may be able to group together and use as gifts. I like to keep a small stockpile handy just in case. You never know when you may get a last minute invite.
I hope this post was helpful and as always thanks for reading! Please feel free to list any host/hostess gift ideas you may have in the comments!
Cheers- Ashley Nicole
